This award, bestowed by AMITRA, provides a monetary recognition and continuing education scholarship and is sponsored by LBA Technology. AMITRA is the national Mexican professional organization of engineers in broadcasting and communications.Lawrence Behr, CEO of LBA presented the award in Puerto Vallarta , Mexico .
